Town Of Beaumont WATER CONSERVATION PROGRAM
The Town of Beaumont is once again requesting the participation of Town residents in the Water
Conservation Program. This is an annual program commencing May 1 and ending August 31.
The Water Conservation Program provides for the following:
1. ON ODD DAYS OF THE MONTH, PROPERTY OWNERS OF ODD NUMBERED ADDRESSES
ARE PERMITTED OUTSIDE WATER USE.
2. ON EVEN DAYS OF THE MONTH, PROPERTY OWNERS OF EVEN NUMBERED
ADDRESSES ARE PERMITTED OUTSIDE WATER USE.
NOTE: Please note that water for general municipal operations such as firefighting, water distribution
system, sanitary sewer system, municipal construction and business uses (car washes,
building construction, etc.) are exempt from this Water Conservation Program.
It should be noted that the provisions of Bylaw No. 382 apply and that contravention of this bylaw may
result in penalties being levied.
NOTE: Soaking your lawn once per week produces a healthier lawn than watering several times
per week.
Coloniale Golf Course does not use Municipal water for their irrigation system. They utilize storm water
for irrigation purposes.
