TOUR DETAILSDay 1: Wednesday, October 17• Depart from Rochester International Airport via Delta Airlines and arrive in

Dallas, Texas• Travel via motorcoach to Waco, Texas, with lunch on your own en route• Self-guided tour of the Dr. Pepper Museum• Check-in to the Best Western Plus in North Bellamead, Texas and have dinner

at Vitek’s BBQ, one of Chip’s favorite restaurants

Day 2: Thursday, October 18• Breakfast on your own at Magnolia Table• Start your day with a visit to Magnolia Market at the Silos, with time to

browse and shop. Find some of Joanna’s signature items (Chip has a corner too!). Walk through the garden and play area. Lunch is on your own at the food trucks that are hand picked by Chip and Joanna. Next, shop for one of Jimmy Don’s famous metal signs at JDH Designs. Travel to McGregor, TX, to view the Hillcrest Vacation Home and Magnolia House for photo ops and drive by some houses featured on the show. Visit the Little Shop on Bosque, the shop that is so dear to Chip and Joanna. Enjoy time to shop at Harp Design Co. and see the house Chip and Joanna remodeled for Clint next door to the shop. End your day at Spice Village, with time to shop and browse, with dinner on your own. Many of the eclectic shops at Spice Village have been featured on the show Fixer Upper.

Day 3: Friday, October 19• Coffee on your own at Common Grounds, which is featured on HGTV’s Fixer

Upper, with cupcakes from Silos Bakery• Driving tour of Waco, including Baylor University, guided tour at Armstrong

Browning Library and the Waco Suspension Bridge• Self-guided tour of Homestead Village, with lunch on your own• Dinner on your own at Buzzard Billy’s Swamp Shack, a local favorite

overlooking Brazos River.

Day 4: Saturday, October 20• Check-out of the hotel and travel to Dallas, Texas• Enjoy lunch and a tour of SouthFork Ranch, made famous by the Ewing Family

in the television series Dallas• The motorcoach will transfer you to the airport for your return flight home.
