Studies o real world objects
The Tobii X120 Eye Tracker is ideal or
visual testing o physical brochures,
magazines, products and shopping shel-
ves. Or o similar scenes that are best
presented on a projection screen or TV. It
is used or studying user experiences and
usability o handheld devices. Scientic
uses include psychological studies where
stimuli need to be presented on a project-
ion screen and inant studies that involve
real world objects.
A technological leap
The Tobii X120 is taking eye tracking stu-
dies o real world objects and scenes to
the next level. It allows or twice as much
head movement and is twice as ast and
accurate as its predecessor, the TobiiX50. It also allows or even more fexible
setups such as non-centered and angled
geometries and setups with multiple eye
trackers synchronized together. Tobii X120
oers complete non-intrusiveness and is
even easier to mount and use. It can be
run at either 60 or 120 Hz data rate depen-
ding on the need or ne-grained data.

Hardware conguration is easy and
automated calibration routines removethe need to physically measure the setup
geometry. Tracking is ully automatic and
started by issuing a simple command.
