To Parents of Children in Pre-Nursery Friday 9 June 2017
Dear Parents Pre-Nursery Sports Day We would be delighted if you could join us on Wednesday 14 June from 11.00am – 11.45am for the Pre-Nursery Sports Day. This will be held on the front lawn. Pre-Nursery children who do not normally come in on Wednesdays are welcome to come in for Sports Day. Parents can meet us on the front lawn and the children can be handed over to the key person when they bring the other children out for the event. All Pre-Nursery children who are expected in Pre-Nursery on a Wednesday will go back to Pre-Nursery with their teachers after the sports and can be collected at their normal pick-up time for that day. The children will be taking part in various events. Stickers will be the order of the day and there will be a participation certificate for each child, which they will bring home. The children can sometimes become overwhelmed by the ‘audience’, and if this is the case for your child, please do not hesitate to step in and ‘compete’ with them. We want them all to enjoy their morning. Children will need to wear their PE kit (or suitable clothes for sports) and trainers. Please ensure you child has had sun cream applied and has their sunhat with them – always hopeful we will have lovely weather! DE Photos will be taking photos of all the action, which always captures some ‘incredible action shot’ moments! The photos can be purchased on the day as a memory or as a gift but will also be available to purchase on-line at a later date.
