Hi All! Please find the fixture for the Hoop Time Junior (Grade 3/4) & Senior (Grade 5/6) All Stars Regional Final Day which is linked in with the Sunraysia Division Finals.

• Games are fixtured at 2 x 12 minute halves on a 30 minute timeslot (with a 2 minute break at halftime)

• Please arrive 10-15 prior to your schools first game time to ensure the day runs smoothly.

• Registration of your team before the start of your 1st game is of paramount importance. This ensures that any late fixtures and/or updated news for the day can be given out to all teams which helps ensure the day runs as scheduled.

• A representative from the winning team of each game will need to bring the score sheet promptly to the desk where they registered.

• The winner from Senior ASB Grand Final & the winner from the Senior ASG Grand Final will be invited to the Hoop Time State Finals Day to be held at Dandenong Stadium on Tuesday 28th of November 2017.

• The winner from the Junior ASB Grand Final & the winner from the Junior ASG Grand Final will be invited to the Hoop Time Junior All Stars State Grand Final day to be held at Dandenong Stadium on Monday 27th of November 2017.

• If you do not make the grand finals, we invite you to stay and support those teams in the finals. We will have presentations at the end of the day where schools will receive show bags.

• If you cannot stay for presentations and must leave early, then please notify the coordinator of the day BEFORE you leave. First aid equipment is the responsibility of each school.

• Please ensure that each team has a competent scorer on the bench at all times. • Canteen facilities are available for lunch, drinks and snacks. • Please make sure teams are on court at their fixtured time to make sure the day

runs as scheduled. • Once the day has concluded, can teachers please ensure they clean up their
