Hi All!

Please read the below instructions and follow the fixture for the above Hoop Time day. • Games are fixtured as 1 x 13 minute games until 11.30am. From 11.30am games will become 2 x 8

minute halves for the remainder of the day. • As there are 6 Pools in the Future Stars. Finals will be split into two separate groups. Group 1 will

be teams in Pool 1-3 & Group 2 will be teams from Pool 4-6. Semi Finals will be based on the following in each group of 3 pools. The top team from each pool will qualify for their respective groups semi finals. The 2nd placed teams will also be ranked by overall percentage. With the Best 2nd placed team in each group qualifying for the Semi Finals.

• Steve & Kyle will be the coordinators on the day. • Cardinia Life Stadium, 4 Olympic Way, Pakenham. Mel: 215 K5 • The day begins at 9.30am so please be at the stadium by 9.15am to ensure the day runs smoothly. • First aid equipment is the responsibility of each school. • Please ensure that each team has a competent scorer on the bench at all times. • Canteen facilities are available for lunch, drinks and snacks • Please make sure teams are on court at their fixtured time to make sure the day runs as

scheduled. • Please also ensure you read the entire fixture & ensure you play in any possible Finals or

Consolation Games you are involved in. Each school will receive a showbag at the end of the day. Please ensure you stay for the presentations to collect it on behalf of your players.

• If you have to leave prior to the presentations please ensure you let one of the coordinators know before your departure.

• Once the day has concluded, can teachers please ensure they clean up their areas and place all rubbish in the bins provided.
