Hi All! Please find the fixture for the Hoop Time Senior Future Stars Regional Final Day – Grade 5’s and 6’s

• Games are fixtured at 2 x 8 minute halves. • Please arrive 10-15 prior to your schools first game time to ensure the day runs

smoothly. • Registration of your team before the start of your 1st game is of paramount

importance. This ensures that any late fixtures and/or updated news for the day can be given out to all teams which helps ensure the day runs as scheduled.

• Upon arrival please register at the desk situated in the foyer. A fully completed Team List must be provided before your first game. No List, No play.

• A reminder that No Rep players are to play in the Future Stars Division. • Please note that the Hoop Time ‘Ugly’ behaviour policy will be in place

throughout all Regional & State Finals. • A representative from the winning team of each game will need to bring the

score sheet promptly to the desk where they registered. • The 3 winners from the Qualifying Finals will be sent through to the Hoop Time

Senior Future Stars State Grand Final day to be held at Dandenong Stadium on Friday 1st of December 2017.

• If you do not make the qualifying finals, we invite you to stay and support those teams in the finals. We will have presentations at the end of the day where schools will receive show bags & we often have either NBL or WNBL players there to present & sign autographs with the kids.

• If you cannot stay for presentations and must leave early, then please notify the coordinator of the day BEFORE you leave.

• Basketball Victoria will supply one size six ball per court. • First aid equipment is the responsibility of each school. • Please ensure that each team has a competent scorer on the bench at all times. • Canteen facilities are available for lunch, drinks and snacks. • Please make sure teams are on court at their fixtured time to make sure the day

runs as scheduled. • Once the day has concluded, can teachers please ensure they clean up their
