Commentary: Residential construction remains below 2018 averages for the 2nd month of this year, howaver, received applications for Residential development show forthcoming levels to be similar to 2018. Construction values rose substantially in February due to the issuance of a Building Permit for a Commercial hotel construction in Clearwater. No substantial increase in Industrial construction was observed, that being typical for this time of year. Other constructions showed a minor increase due to the continued issuance of residential Building Permits for wildfire impacted properties.
