General information: The Marindco cement mortar pumping unit is available with optional mixer 120H. An Essick piston pump TM30 is installed. The pump is equipped with a 2” discharge manifold with pressure release unit, special rubber valve balls, oil lubricated pistons and a seperate forced lubrication system for the pump power frame. The pump head is easy accessible for quick cleaning. The unit is equipped with a 400 kg hopper and auger shaft to transfer the mix into the suction of the pump. The auger is mechanical driven by chain and sprockets and can be changed in size. The TM30 pump is electric driven by a variable speed unit with high starting torque and is manually speed regulated via a remote controlled unit with 20 mtr. cable. Optional pump drive is a Silentpack diesel engine. The complete skid mounted unit can be extended with a Marindco paddle arm mixing system 120H. The mixer shaft is driven by a hydraulic motor and the complete mixer drum can be lowered to ease charging from ground level and the drum can also be turned Heavy duty wheels and tow bar are optional.
