• IRB approval

• CampusLabs utilized to collect data

• After being seen by a provider, students were invited to complete the survey

Counseling used iPods and paper surveys

Health Services used paper surveys

Wellness Center used iPods

• Incentive was drawing for $50 Bronco Bucks
