Improved the process for Soldiers to report errors in technical documentation improving response time by 70% resulting in a cost savings of over $48 million over ten years.

Designed, Created, and Implemented a Documentation Center of Excellence for the Enterprise Soldier Aviation (ESA) Directorate of the CECOM Logistics Readiness Center (LRC), a worldwide organization of logistics professionals supporting Army Weapons Systems. This included all hardware and software requirements, physical build, training development and delivery. Results were a 30% improvement in documentation deliveries to clients.

Created and delivered an original Technical Writer (TW) course of instruction (COI) for Government TW Interns resulting in a 75% increase in efficiencies and TW readiness.

Lead Power User for the ESA Directorate for the implementation of the FileNet ECMS. Using experienced gained in previous positions, I created the taxonomy for FileNet that was adopted by the LRC as the standard for the transition of all Weapons System Directorate (WSD) files on the system.

MetLife Project Manager for the selection and roll-out of a Document Management System (DMS). ·Lead Enterprise cross-functional team to gather business requirements, translate into system requirements and an RFP. This included requirements for each MetLife Line of Business, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Records and Information Management (RIM), E-mail management, and HIPAA.
