Sub: Compliance of Access Code Regulations

Respected Madam,

This has reference to the PNGRB letter Ref. No.: Auth./Access Code/Capacityl dated24.04.2018 on thecaptioned subject, advising GAIL to web host the duly filled-in updated Schedule-l data for its natural gaspipelines, mentioning capacity related data, including the capacity used by the transporter on common/contractcarrier basis and extra capacity available on common carrier basis.

2. It is submitted that GAIL has been regularly webhosting the duly filled-in Schedule-l format for itsnatural gas pipelines, mentioning the capacity related data, including the capacrty used by the transporter-GAll(if any) on common/contract carrier basis, and the status of extra capacrty available in the pipeline system oncommon carrier basis, as on the l't of every month. A hard copy print-out of the duly filled-in Schedule-I formatfor the latest month (i.e. Status as on 01.05.2018) is enclosed as Annexure-A.

3. In respect of the'status of extra capacity available in the pipeline system on common carrier basis' as

specified under point no. 12 of Schedule-I, it is regularly being webhosted as 'Available' and accordinglyshippers are also booking and availing common carrier capacities in GAIL's pipelines.

4. The link of the Schedule l(https://gailebank.gail-co.in/Schedulel/ScheReport.asp) is appearing in thebottom of the enclosed copies of the Schedule-I reports and PNGRB may display the GAIL website link atPNGRB official website for the benefit of stakeholders.
