Douglas graduated TAMU in December 1972 and moved back to SA to work in the family

business. He bought the business in 1978 and continues to work there. He has been married

twice, divorced three times and has no children. He reports that his health is excellent aside from

the normal stuff. He eats right and excercises. His near-term goals include becoming

unemployed, taking a year for himself and figuring out what else he would like to do. His

proudest accomplishments are helping his parents retire early and having teenage relatives who

think Uncle Doug is cool.

administrator, he is also a certified social worker. He received two bachelors� degrees from the

University of Texas at Austin (political science and social welfare) and a master of social work

from Yeshiva University in New York

In his professional life, Mark has served as a medical social worker and program administrator at

the Montefiore Medical Center in New York; director of Sunnyside Community Services, a

multi-service senior housing and social service program in Queens, N.Y.; and Director of Senior

Adult Services and Research for the Jewish Federations of Greater Philadelphia. He has written

numerous articles on a variety of issues concerning older adults and served on the boards of

political advocacy organizations, such as the National Council of Senior Citizens, the National

Institute of Adult Day Care, and the National Association of Jewish Homes and Housing for the

Aging. He currently serves on the Advisory Committee to the Board of the Texas Department of

Human Services and the Audie L. Murphy Veterans Hospital. Mark is married to Susan, and they

have four children.

ran as the Republican candidate for the United States House of Representatives from the 14th

Congressional District of Texas. He has remained single for the past 30 years and spends his free

time fishing, hunting, and dancing to Country and Western, 50s and 60s rock and roll music.

Overall, he reports that he is having a great life and is in good health. He still hopes to one day

Noah Max Horner. Noah is a 7th grader who plays soccer. They own a 100-year-old row house in

Park Scope, Brooklyn and manage the Tony Shafarzi Gallery (Contemporary Art) in Manhattan.

George has worked there for 15 years. Michele teaches at a private school in Brooklyn and

teaches drawing at the Metropolitan Museum and at Queens College. Both Michele and George

continue to garden and make art.

average,.” Catie and Tyler, both of whom are very musical and talented. Together, they enjoy

camping, canoeing, fishing, water skiing, gardening, and traveling. Ray has been working for

himself as a counselor for 8 years. He has a solo practice, and consults with nursing homes,

probation, rehab, home health, etc., in addition to marital, family, and individual psychotherapy

clients. He reports that this is actually his third career–did ok as a teacher (elementary and

kindergarten) and made a lot of money in restaurant management before getting his Masters in

Social Work. All are active in the Methodist church.

States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Texas (Lubbock, Abilene and San Angelo

Divisions). She was sworn in on December 28, 1998. Congratulations Judge Nancy! Her

husband, Richard, is Juvenile Chief for the Criminal District Attorney�s Office, Lubbock County.

They will celebrate their 25th anniversary in August of this year. Lora, their oldest child is now

13 years old and an honor student. She plays on her school�s volleyball and basketball teams.

Their second child, Becky, is 11 years old, takes dance and piano lessons and is active in Girl

Scouts. Their youngest child, Jack, will be 8 years old in July. He likes Pokemon, baseball, and

reading. He also takes piano lessons and is active in Boy Scouts.

TCU. They moved to historic Gruene, Texas in 1975, where they own several commercial

properties, including Ella�s Emporium, which was their first home. Their business ventures have

included an antique shop, a winery, tasting room, and restaurant, as well as overnight lodging, all

at one time. She and Larry manage some of these properties from their home offices, which

affords them more time for extended vacations or quick visits with their daughter in Fort Worth.
