Have you ever wondered about a practical way to talk about scripture with your next door neighbor? Perhaps you always wanted to know how

to apply the Word of God to an everyday life situation. Or maybe you’ve always want to have confidence in teaching children, leading a small group in your home, teaching a lesson from the Bible in front of a larger group, or giving a thoughtful answer to a question posed from a skeptic. if so, this conference is just the place for you. Women in the Word is an opportunity for you to grow in your understanding of practical ways to engage Christian teaching. Women in the Word is centered on helping women who love God’s word improve their ability to interpret, apply, and present Scripture to others. Through this conference, we want to grow together in communicating the Word of God to everyone around you, whether in a formal setting like a Bible study or perhaps a front yard conversation with your neighbor. God’s Word can be used in every situation. Join us friday and Saturday, January 28-29, 2011, at PCPC in talking together about how to use it for His glory in all areas of our lives. Pick up a brochure on the Women’s Ministry table and be sure to register. Space limited. Cost is $85. Registration by friday, December 17. Contact [email protected] or 214-224-2725.
