Prichard, Chair, Metrolinx as he discusses the financing, planning and development challenges faced by public transportation in the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area (GTHA) and the role of Metrolinx in addressing those challenges now and into the future.
Mr. Prichard previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Metrolinx. He is also past President and Chief Executive Officer of Torstar Corporation and President Emeritus of the University of Toronto where he previously served as dean of law and as a professor specializing in law and economics.
