ATTENDANCE REPORT: June 15, 2014
We are now four weeks into the summer and it has been an exciting start to our students’ favorite time of the year! The first week of the summer was spent at Apple Village for our Backyard Bible School. The theme was “Jesus Can” and our students shared the impact that Jesus can have on the lives of his followers. I was so proud of how our students conducted the BBS and shared their faith.
The second week of the summer was Middle School Mission Week. Our middle school students blessed this congregation by doing projects around the building, they brought joy to the residents at Tealridge, and they blessed the community by working at the Luther Service Center.
This past week was spent at Zenith, our high school summer camp. We took 50 students with us this year! God always works powerfully through our camp experience and this year did not disappoint. Our students were taught about the RELENTLESS love that God has for them.
It’s been an exciting start to the summer. Please join me in praying for our teens. Ask the Lord to bless this summer by providing opportunities for students to take ownership
