Transcity Group including Transcity Asia was created in 2009 after rebranding Transcity Pty Ltd a technical support & development company established in 1996. Within four (4) years Transcity built a significant presence in Australasia including offices in Melbourne Australia, Sydney Australia, Macau China and Phnom Penh Cambodia. After 17 years of product development, sales distribution and product support capabilities in the gaming and wagering industry, Transcity Pty Ltd was acquired by Suzo Happ in July 2013. With Suzo Happ acquiring Transcity Pty Ltd, Transcity APA region was created.

Transcity Group APA expand the geographical footprint of Suzo Happ in the Australasia market and further enhance Suzo Happ’s efforts to be the global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of gaming, vending, amusement, retail, transport & industrial products and services.

retail markets by serving entertainment venue operators and original equipment manufacturers. The Company supplies a wide variety of components, consumables and hardware products and provides marketing, engineering, design and technical repair services. The product lines offered by the Company include coin and currency handling equipment, display solutions, control devices, game operation components, environmental products and consumables. The Company’s 650 employees serve more than 20,000 customers worldwide. Suzo-Happ has manufacturing, engineering, distribution and service capabilities in 8 countries globally.

Transcity APA offers a Secure Manufacturing Services through Suzo Happ fully owned factor- Chinatec, based in Zhuhai China only 45 minutes from Transcity Asia Macau office facility.

Chinatec services the production needs of Suzo Happ Globally including injection molding, PCB assembly and tooling. Chinatec & Transcity APA offer Custom Hardware Design, Manufacture and Supply of Electronic equipment.

Chinatec clients include IGT, WMS, Konami, and Aristocrat along with a wide and varied customer base for in the amusement & transport industries.

R&D Services Transcity APA also houses a large Regional Development Team headed out of the Melbourne headquarters supported by a team in Chinatec which is responsible for innovation and core product development for Suzo Happ APA region and other Global markets.

Transcity APA has Innovation Centre’s in Melbourne and Zhuhai with a dedicated team of engineers who daily push the boundaries of design and solution development for a wide range of applications applicable to a wide range of industries including Gaming, Amusement, Transport, Retail, Vending and Industrial.

Workshop & Back to Base Repairs (Australia & Asia)Transcity APA has Professional Workshop Facilities based in Melbourne Australia and Macau China specializing in back to base repairs for gaming and non-gaming equipment.

Both facilities are ESD controlled and the Macau facility is the only repair facility in Macau to be registered and licensed with the Macau Government.

Both Workshop facilities have the ability to Support Operators and Suppliers by providing warranty and non-warranty repair services enabling those Operators & Suppliers to better service their customer base.
