We are licenced to hold your wedding ceremony at the Royal Maritime Club.
No wedding is complete without a grand reception, so celebrate with all your friends and family in ourwonderful banqueting rooms that can accommodate from 40 guests to 300 guests. You could choose
our very popular ultimate package for your wedding reception or we can individually tailor your wedding for your needs and tastes.
We are here for you at every stage, ready with advice and suggestions, so that you are free to enjoy your big day without worrying about a thing. You can choose between two rooms for a more formal
wedding our Trafalgar Ballroom or Nelson Lounge to make sure you have a day to remember.Or for a more informal wedding requiring an evening party reception we have our unique
Below Decks room available.
The Royal Maritime Club has a multitude of wonderful features like our Compass area for your photographs to our fabulous bridal suites for you to relax in at the end of your day.
Also your guests can book one of our 100 bedrooms and use the pool and leisure facilities during their stay.

We want to help create your perfect day so have crafted a selection of packages for you.However, we understand that each and every wedding is unique to each individual couple therefore
our banqueting team are happy to discuss your bespoke requirements to ensure your dream day is realised.

THE ULTIMATEWEDDING BREAKFAST PACKAGE
Wedding Receptions – Booking Terms & Conditions
By paying the required deposit, signing your contract and/or confirmation letter you are agreeing to the ‘terms of booking’ as outlined in this document.
BookingsFollowing your enquiry and initial meeting with RMC representative, a quotation and signed RMC event sheet will be produced and a provisional booking made which must be confirmed by the date
agreed in writing. The booking will be released and the date resold if there has been no communication fromyou by the agreed date. When the non refundable deposit and the signed event sheet / contract form have
been received and acknowledged by the RMC, the booking will be considered as confirmed.
Final detailsTwo (2) months before the event date, 50% of the estimated costs, less the deposit becomes payable.
Fourteen (14) days before the event – Your final chargeable numbers are to be advised and an invoice will be issued. The final balance is to be paid by seven (7) days before the event.
Cancellations / Charges - Conferences, Events and Group BookingsShould your final numbers reduce below the event room minimum requirement we reserve the right to
charge for this minimum number or an additional room hire supplement. In the event of a booking being cancelled the RMC will always endeavour to minimise any potential loss by re-letting, lead in time permitting. Any revenue received from re–letting a cancelled booking will be
deducted from the cancellation fee due. If, however, the RMC is unsuccessful in re-letting the following charges will be made:

We would advise all bookers to take out insurance to cover any potential costs involved due to unforeseen circumstances resulting in cancellation of an event.
Please advise your room decorators that the use of staples, nails, adhesive tape and Blu-Tack is not allowed.
