SDOL Mindfulness – How is mindfullness used in the District and how can we use mindful awareness practices in a family context. Keeping your Head In The Game for High School Athletes – Everything you need to know about being a college athlete. English Language Learners (ELL) – IU 13 and Literacy Council present Basic English lessons on health and wellness. 6:50-7:30 pm Energy and Calm –Brain Breaks and Focus-Attention Practices. What are brain breaks and how can I do them at home? Healthy Eating – Learn new recipes and prepare healthy smoothies that everyone in your house will enjoy! MARCH 1 Housing Stability for School Stability! Pick one topic per time slot. 6:00-6:45 pm MidPenn Legal Services – Tenant: Know Your Rights! – If you are a tenant, come learn about landlord and tenant rights of notice requirements, lease terminations, housing discrimination, and more.
