Under the Direcon of James Ogden and Musical Direcon of Terry Sanford, a cast of 4 men and 4 women will bring the beau- fully craſted music and lyrics of Jason Robert Brown to life. This song cycle weaves together stories of every- day people in their search for a new world and a beer life. From the open- ing song about the promise of a new life in America (“On the Deck of a Spanish Sailing Ship, 1492) to songs about love (“I’d Give It All for You”) and death (“Flying Home”), the music and lyrics reveal songs about hopes and dreams, and fears and failures. The songs reveal hopeful expectaons and harsh realies faced in the every- day struggle of discovery, becoming and belonging. The story travels through me and circumstance to portray the hopes, dreams, struggles, failures and triumphs that all light the way to a new world. Cast members are Haley Blake, Hannah Hale, Eric Jackson, Julianna McKenna, Joseph Was, Kenya White, Jennifer Wilson and Jonathan Wilson. Show dates and mes are November 2,3,9 and 10 at 7:30pm and November 4 and 11 at 2:30pm. Ticket prices are for reserved seats with prices ranging from $13 to $17 depending on seang preference. The Colonnade Players will be producing shows for Youth and Adults that will include a Junior Musical, a play performed by Youth with a target audience of more youth. Adult/ all ages productions will include 2 non-musicals as well as 3 musicals. A full season announcement will go out soon. Check back for audition opportuni- ties and opportunities to work behind the scenes doing everything from set con- struction to lights and sound. Classes and workshops will be offered in 2019 in lights, sound, scenic design, cho- reography, stage combat, audition prepa- ration and acting. We are looking forward to recruiting and training volunteers to be involved in all aspects of the growing theatre program here at The Colonnade. Volunteer opportunities include on the stage, back stage and front of house. Front of house volunteers will assist our already established group of loyal Colon- nade Volunteers with ushering for perfor- mances. New this year is the availability of a SEA- SON PASS. You can purchase one ticket to see one performance of each Colon- nade Players production. Look for those tickets to go on sale once the 2019 season is announced.     The Colonnade Players present “Songs for a New World”

    The Colonnade Players, by special arrangement with Music Theatre Internation-al will bring “Songs for a New World” to The Colon-nade Stage in November.
