DESCRIPTION

Enterprises are looking for more ways to streamline their day-to-day business processes. Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol "XMPP" for Enterprise presence and IM can be one of the key drivers especially with the Cisco Jabber platform. But with the post-PC era and the transition in the market towards more Android/Apple devices what should the workspace of the future look like? What should be expected from the new workloads and business functions within that platform? How can this tie back to Social Network and Virtual Experience Infrastructure "VXI"? What is Cisco Jabber? How does Cisco Social Miner blend into the Cisco Unified collaboration platform? What will the desktop of the future look like? How does Cisco Quad play into those components and how will it link to the overall Cisco Collaboration platform? All of these questions and more will be answered in this session.
