Zalemark (ZMRK) brings new color to the world of jewelry design in a unique, licensing agreement with Crayola !!Los Angeles, CA - Zalemark, a jewelry and product design, manufacturing and branding company has entered into a licensing agreement with Crayola, a brand whose products have inspired creative expression in children for more than 110 years. !!Zalemark will develop a new jewelry line for Crayola that reflects the image and colorful personality of the Crayola brand. The collection will promote “Crayola Colors,” to celebrate unique expression through color and enhance color classifications within the market. The new collection will be available beginning 2015. !!Zalemark will design both fashion jewelry and high-end, fine jewelry for the line to extend the company’s !brand and color classifications throughout the jewelry market. Crayola Colors will be featured in fun, interesting, and modern designs primarily aimed at all ages; specifically targeting kids, tweens, teens and adults. Warren Nobusada, President and CEO Warren K. Nobusada took a small family owned business from an importing company to being a conglomerate. His
company became one of the largest processors, distributors, and exporters of seafoods, and fruits and vegetables in the U.S. After 30 years as President and CEO, he retired to test his skills in other arenas. He became a principal in a
construction company for new, affordable homes, several real estate partnerships for residential and commercial
properties, the auto industry, Mixed Martial Arts, a Japanese restaurant, gift shop, and a consulting company. !
Ernest Martel, Executive Vice President Ernie has over 40 years of management and funding raising experience in video, medical and technology industries. He was
Vice President Business Development of Pacific Charter Financial Services Corporation. From 1996- 2000, Ernest was the
Executive Director of Excel Communications. He managed over 1,200 representatives in the United States of America,
Canada and United Kingdom and was responsible for implementing training courses for new recruits. From 1980-2010, Ernest owned a chain of video stores in the LA basin and Ventura county. Through his video stores, Ernest helped start the
VCR Technician School. In the early 1980’s, Mr. Martel developed a point-of-sale system, which was subsequently used in
over 3,000 stores nationwide.
Raymond Ruiz, Chief Operating Officer Raymond is a graduate from the California State University at Long Beach with a B.S. in Business. Raymond worked for 12
years in the fashion industry - manufacturing women’s knitwear, jewelry and accessories for distribution to National Chains (Nordstrom, Saks, and Neiman Marcus). Raymond’s last position was Director of Mexico Operations for St. John Knits,
where he was instrumental in establishing 120,000 sq. ft. jewelry and knit clothing manufacturing facility in Mexico.
Raymond was responsible for developing qualified vendors and ensuring they were in compliance with the company quality
and international labor standards. From 2005 and currently Ray has been a part of the Zalemark team with special detail on
quality control, logistics, merchandising, and compliance.
Caren Currier, Chief Financial OfficerCaren started her professional career helping her father with his construction company. As she entered college, she was
asked to do an internship with a CPA firm that handled numerous construction firms. This led her down the career path of
construction accounting for over 25 years. When the construction industry became slow, she was able to take her
accounting and job costing experience to the Biotech industry were she has been employed for the past three years prior
to joining Zalemark. !
Jeffrey Ringer, Creative Director Jeffrey has been a marketing visionary for over 30 years. As the Founder of several successful marketing companies, and
the owner of Virtual Concepts Corp., he has been responsible for the development and implementation of hundreds of advertising and marketing programs. This success has created millions of dollars in revenues for a variety of industries
ranging from entertainment to technology and many consumer brands and products that have made him and Virtual
Concepts an icon across corporate America. Some of Virtual Concepts’ better known clients are Universal Studios,
Paramount Studios, Warner Brothers, Park Place Properties, Century 21, Kelly Services, McDonald’s, The LA Times, The

from casting, filling, polishing to stone setting with combinations of crystals / CZ, precious, semi precious and opaque stones. We use state of the art laser technology for assembly and
