Teacher Appreciation Teacher Appreciation Week is May 6th through May 10th. Teachers play a key role in the life of our children. They spend hours each day teaching, caring, and loving our children. Take a moment during  this  week  to  tell  your  child’s  teacher  “Thank  You”.    A simple thank you card or special hug, a homemade treat, or small gift can really make a teacher smile and feel appreciated. Not sure what makes your teacher smile? Stop by the front office and take a look at the Teacher Appreciation Notebook. At the request of the PTF, the teachers have  filled  out  “Favorite  Things”  forms.

Lunch Duty Volunteers Thank you to all of the parents/grandparents that have volunteered for AOA Lunchroom Duty this school year! Working Lunchroom Duty is a great way to volunteer at Alpha Omega, it helps to make lunch go smoothly for all the students and they all love to see your smiling faces! Rhonda Lynch, our Lunch Duty Coordinator, will start working on the next school year's schedule in July. Contact Rhonda at [email protected] if you would like to volunteer again next school year!
