What does my animal look like?

My animal is brownish and has fur on till the tail. Also it smacks it’s tail warn beaver s about danger. Also a North America beaver is 33 to 77 pounds and a Europe beaver is 40 64 pounds. And it is 3 to 4 feet including the tail. And it dose not bother beavers if water gets in to their ears. Also they have special muscles in their ears.

Where does my animal live?

My animal lives in North America, Asia, Europe, and a little in South America. They live on lakes steams and rivers. Also their home is made out of, twigs, branches, stones, and mud, also their home is called a dam or lodge.

What does my animal eat?

The Beaver is a herbivore that eats: cambium. Cambium is a soft tissue near the top layer of wood. And has no prey.

So predators can't attack them

Reproduction

Beavers have 1 to 9 babies. They are born covered with fur. They can walk and swim right after they are born. Also their babies are called kits.

Beavers have two teeth in the front and when their mouth opens up in the back, there are twenty teeth . The tail holds the beaver when it sits on its back legs. Beavers and their lodges are on one of the Canadian coins.
