Step 1: discover

By collaboratively engaging in a series of visual exercises and tools, person-to-person interviews and group work, we dig deep to uncover and find the real problems affecting your organizations’ performance - not the peripheral mumbo-jumbo. !This is more problem-finding and less problem-solving - for now.



Step 2: map

By collectively and collaboratively discussing, debating, mapping and agreeing on the variables affecting your performance and your future, we uncover the critical forces affecting your organization and develop scenarios from which to develop a better ‘Dust-Free’ strategic plan.



Step 3: plan

By maximizing all of the resources available to you, we help you identify you strategic objectives; develop a plan; and, build a framework to track, measure and report performance. Our ‘Dust-Free’ plan isn’t traditional. It’s a living document - one that is used as a constant reference to ensure that every person, activity and resource is actively and purposely being used in alignment with the strategic objectives.



Step 4: decide

By using the strategic objectives and scenarios developed, we develop a framework to help you and your decision-makers determine whether new opportunities are worth investigating and investing or whether they are mere distractions. !Our framework will help you stay focused and ensure that better decisions are made at every level of your organization.



Step 5: develop & Implement

By using the plan to guide decisions and direct activities, we help you maximize your people and resources and, develop and implement the right solutions to help you achieve your strategic objectives. !By understanding that everything is in constant change, we implement a change management system to help you stay focused, competitive and on track.

By using everything we’ve learned about you coupled with our extensive knowledge , we develop programs to support and guide your entire organization in creating long-term and sustainable success by communicating more effectively, making better decisions, improving performance and by creating a cycle of continuous improvement. !And, we’re never far.
