GuardTack Contamination Control MatsGuardTack are adhesive, multi-layered, straight edged mats that remove dirt from wheels and dust

from the soles of shoes. Available in a variety of sizes and colours they are supplied in cases of four or

eight with 30 or 60 sheets per mat. The mats also have a pressure sensitive adhesive that contains a

spore growth retardant to ensure there can be no bacterial growth on the mat. The adhesive also

ensures the mat is held firmly in place. A frame is available and messages can be added to your mats -

please ask for details.

Garment Manufacturing & Processing

Guardline Technology have been manufacturing high quality permanent Cleanroom garments

& protective clothing for over 25 years at their Headquarter facility in the UK. Throughout the

years Guardline have identified fabrics which provide the end user with comfort, breathability

and durability. Our manufacturing process and design templates have evolved with the times

so in the 21st Century we continue to deliver the highest quality garments at competitive

prices.

• Guardline Technology operate a purpose built ISO 4 cleanroom garment processing facility

utilising 18 megohm DI water RO filtered to 0.2 micron.

• Each wash constitutes a separate documented batch, ensuring every load is customer

specific

• A variety of wash programmes are available with specifically designed additives

• Full garment traceability is maintained using a bar-code system with all items scanned

both in and out of the process

• Any repairs identified are efficiently carried out by the Cleanroom Garment

Manufacturing department housed in the same building

• After processing the cleanroom garments are vacuum packed in hermetically sealed bags

and delivered by our own transport in rigid containers (gamma irradiation is available)

• Contracts are available with flexible terms for both garments supplied under a rental

agreement or processing of customers own garments

• Cleanroom garment poly bags are hermetically vacuum sealed

• Double-bagged products are then placed in a bulk poly bag for transit

• Cleanroom garments are processed through our cleanroom suite in barrier washing

machines provided with 18 meg-ohm de-ionised water filtered to .2 micron and UV

treated


Contract Packaging

Guardline’s in house Cleanroom operates at ISO 5 (Class 100) with dedicated ISO4 (Class 10)

areas. It’s serviced by a De-Ionised water plant and has several gas lines, making it an

extremely low particulate environment for packaged goods and protects the integrity of the

product.

• Primary packaging in an ISO 14644 Class 4 cleanroom

• Secondary packaging in an ISO 14644 Class 4 cleanroom

Clean-Team

The Guardline Clean Team are a professionally trained unit of Cleaning specialist's,

dedicated to Cleanroom Cleaning. The team travel nationwide fulfilling contract Cleanroom

Cleaning and complete Deep Cleans. They provide a full range of Cleaning contracts, to a

large variety of industries concentrating heavily on the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Medical,

Semiconductor and all other high end applications.

Also available at short notice for total facility decontamination..

TuffGuard Shoes

Guardline are able to offer a complete range of Cleanroom safety shoes for

your facility. An exclusive range of footwear, manufactured using Lorica Safe

uppers, directly moulded to a special formulated dual density polyurethane

anti-static sole with 200˚C heat resistance. Maximum slip resistance is ensured

whilst remaining both non-marking and particularly hard wearing. Rust

resistance steel toe caps, Available in a full range of sizes as shoes or boots.

TuffGuard Overshoes

Guardline have been at the forefront of overshoe and overboot production

since the late 1960’s; this experience brings unrivalled quality and a superior

product. Custom Overshoes are available on request.

The TuffGuard range of PVC Overshoes are manufactured at our manufacturing

facility in East Anglia using specifically designed processes we have developed

to provide customers with a superior quality Overshoe. Standard and long

length, White and Red Overshoes are available as ex-stock availability, however

we are able to manufacture in a range of colours and special sizes upon

request. The TuffGuard range of Overshoes suit applications where chemical

resistance is necessary, and the user demands an overshoe that will not perish

throughout the course of their shift. TuffGuard are a far more durable

Overshoe than competitor brands, therefore significantly reduce your annual

consumption. Another cost saving feature is that these Overshoes can be

recycled and used again in conjunction with The EcoGuard Programme.

TuffGuard HD are the Guardline Heavy Duty version of our PVBC Overshoe, the

gauge is double the thickness of our Standard PVC and therefore the Overshoe

is much more durable, log lasting shoe cover. The TuffGuard HD range was

developed for engineers in heavy footwear putting the Overshoes through the

most demanding of applications.

Non-skid Overshoes are designed for us in wet or slippery conditions. A

proprietary plastic resin is applied to the bottom of the cover to improve the

wearer’s traction on the floor. Elastic thread sewn into the top and bottom of

the textile materials assures that the cover fits snugly over the wearer’s shoes.
