AIPES Polish Scholarship The Tadeusz Kosciuszko Scholarship
Instituted in November of 2010 by The Rosenstiel Foundation (headed by Lady Blanka Rosenstiel), His lifetime dedication to liberty and constitutional government will shine brightly through the Polish students who receive scholarships to attend our American Institute on Political and Economic Systems (AIPES) in Prague from this endowment.
One accepted Polish student will be awarded 500 Euros for the AIPES 2011 Institute.
