of A4 size paper and ball point pen.•Write on one side of the paper only ( not on back to back side ).Keep few newspapers underneath while writing so as to avoid writing on the hard surface.•Write general information about yourself •Only condition , that few majority information has to contain the letter “ I ” •Example : I am fond of chocolates……. etc •Fill up one page completely , and on second page fill up about 1/2 to ¾ of paper.•At the end of the script , put down your signatures.•If you have more than one signatures , put all of them down on the paper.
