New Bilingual Enrollment Kit AvailableNew Bilingual Enrollment Kit Available    

Enrollment season is just around the corner, and a new kit of bilingual enrollment pieces is 

available to order through online ordering. We know some of your cases have a diverse work‐

force, and they may not have enough space to post separate English and Spanish materials. 

That's why we've created this bilingual kit. Use it to facilitate the enrollment process by alert‐

ing employees of their upcoming 1‐to‐1 sessions with their benefits counselors. Three pieces 

are available for three different purposes 

Poster: Ask employers and plan administrators to fill it out with the 1‐to‐1 session date 

and time information and Youville site URL (when available), and post in visible areas.  

Flier: Ask employers and plan administrators to distribute to employees and have them fill 

it out with their contact information. 

Tent card: Ask employers and plan administrators to fill it out with the 1‐to‐1 session date 

and time information and place it in the break room and other areas with tables.
