We maintain our services through : – Visit to each client by Field Staff under his jurisdiction for the purpose of Security inspection.
– Make necessary entries regarding the inspection carried out during the visit in visit report.
– Interact with the client as per schedule and obtain signature in the above visit report.
– The above visit report will be submitted to General Manager for further actions noted in the visit report.
– Every month a Client Feedback Form will be submitted to the Client by the Field Staff during his visit and obtain the Feedback of the services rendered by the Security personnel deployed in his Facility.
– Night checks will be carried out by Field Staff and also by Duty Officers of TSS every week. Feedback will be submitted to Central Monitoring Station every month for further actions.
