BIO: As Head of Google Enterprise for Central and East-ern Europe (CEE), Russia and Commonwealth Indepen-dent States (CIS), Przemek Sienkiewicz is responsible for the sales and business operations.Przemek Sienkiewicz had been working in the Telco and IT markets since 1994. He has successively been responsible for new products introductions, sales strategy and opera-tions in CEE, Russia and CIS for companies like Minolta, T-Mobile, Lucent Technologies, Portal Software and Oracle. BIO: The Group CIO appointed Luiza to this role in Janu-ary 2010. Most of the year she spent on supporting cre-ation of FT/DT joint venture in UK called today Everything Everywhere. By end of 2010 she started building a new governance organization facing FT/Orange affiliates in Eu-rope zone. Interestingly this zone covers also countries as remote as Armenia, Moldova and Dominican Republic.As Europe CIO Luiza is influencing and supporting coun-tries to achieve best-in-class Information Systems but also to deliver Group ambitions in consolidating and optimizing key activities. Prior to this role from August 2008 Luiza was heading Business Intelligence domain implementing

successfully corporate data warehouse solution.Before re-joining FT Group (in years 2001-2003 she was head of BI at TelekomunikacjaPolska SA) Luiza worked at Pepsico International as Head of Eastern European IT Operations. During that time she integrated newly acquired businesses and supported extensive development of the business in Russia.Luiza’s background is diverse. She spent her early years after studying law at University of Warsaw in UK. She holds an LL.M degree from the University of Leicester. She gained experience at various industries: entertainment, FMCG and recently telecommunications. She is not afraid of new challenges and she thrives in international environ-ment.

BIO: Evangelos is an Executive Director at Morgan Stan-ley, where he leads virtualization and cloud computing engineering. His areas of interest include massive-scale provisioning, predictive monitoring, scalable storage for vir-tualization, and operational tooling for efficiently managing a global cloud. He also serves as the chief strategy officer at Virtual Trip, an ecosystem of dynamic start-up compa-nies, and is on the Board of Directors of NewCred Ltd.Previously, Evangelos was a senior research scientist at T-Labs, where he helped develop a cloud-computing R&D project into a VC-fundedInternet start-up. A pioneer in the field of cloud computing, he led the XenoServers project, which produced one of the first cloud-computing blueprints. BIO:Alfonso is currently an entrepreneur in residence in Telefonica, specializing in driving business organic growth through technology innovation.

He has a strong track record of innovating using technol-ogy to develop revenue generating products and has been head of several successful, business oriented IT strategic initiatives in blue chip clients that generated over 1000M EUR the last 15 years combined operational efficienciesand strategic investments.Previously to working in Telefonica, he set up his own boutique consulting firm dedicated to Enterprise Architec-ture, was Chief Software Architect at Telefonica Moviles, were he was responsible for defining the IT software architecture to serve +100M customers over +20 coun-tries, worked at PwC Management Consulting and at HP Researchand Development Labs as Engineer.

BIO: Dimitri joined Unilever in 1992 in the Home and Personal Care business group. He was appointed IT Manager of the Belgian operations in 1995 and was then involved in a number of business transformations supported by SAP implementations (including disposals and M&A’s). In 1999, he moved to Paris first as a European Project Manager and lately to lead the Finance and Customer Development IT Europe teams. He was in charge of the roll-out of Innovations as well as organising the Application Services supporting Financial and Customer Development Processes. In 2004, he moved to Eastern Europe and be-came Head of IT for Central and Eastern Europe, looking after 40+ offices across 20 countries. He was involved in large re-organisation aiming at aligning processes across Europe : infrastructure (telecom, data centres), applica-tions (cloud, ASP). In 2006, he became IT Director of a pan-European SAP integration program aiming at bringing all of Europe in one single instance of SAP (25.000 users across 50 countries and 54 factories). In 2008, he de-cided to accept an offer at Volvo Financial Services where he became Head of IT Europe. His main focus was to pro-pose and implement a strategy for aligning processes and solutions across Europe. In 2011, Unilever approached him with a new opportunity to take the lead of multiple local IT Organisations in a Global IT and Business framework.

BIO: Alberto Peralta is an Information Systems Manager, with broad experience in all aspects of Applications and Service Management. He has extensive track record in im-plementing and deploying systems in international environ-ments, and in diverse industries ranging from telecommu-nications, engineering, fast moving consumer goods to life sciences. Currently Alberto is the CIO Italy for AstraZeneca where he is responsible for the creation, management and update of all sales and marketing applications for the head offices and field force. His main fields of expertise are budgeting and strategic planning, portfolio management, architecture definition, account and service management and systems implementation. He has previous working experience in Coca Cola Bevande Italy and Sirti.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from James Cook University and grew up in mining towns in Africa, Papua New Guinea, Western Australia and Northern Territory in Australia.
