Benefits Consumption ConsumptionBenefits- For expansion joints. It acts as a bond-breaker-strip
- (SiO2: 93.8%)- Improves mechanical properties- Decreases water penetration in concrete- Densified (SiO2:85 %)- Improves mechanical properties- Decreases water penetration in concrete
- Un-densified (SiO2:85 %). - Improves mechanical properties- Decreases water penetration in concrete- Concrete durability - Abrasion & Impact resistance- Mechanical strength
- Reduce shrinkage cracks by over 90% - Protects primary steel reinforcement from corrosion
- Elongation at break > 500%- Used in expansion joints in concrete structures
- Tear strength Approx. 10 N/mm - High performance bonding
- Ensure high quality fair-faced concrete, with reduced blowholes
- Cost effective compared to oil based mold release agents- Environmentally friendly- Important dispersing action
- Improved workability- Increased compression strength of concrete
- Good water retention- Good workability of concrete and mortar
