Team Sheet Panels:How To Guide

Setting Up A Panel
Step 1: Log In to your clubs Sportlomo account

If you don’t know your club login information – contact your club executive*
Step 2: Click “Team Sheet Panels”
Step 3: Click “Add”
Step 4: Select Age Grade- From drop down menu
Step 5: Select Team- From drop down menu
Step 6: Click “Save”- Page will automatically switch to next step
Step 7: Type in Panel Name in text box- Hit the green checkmark to confirm
Step 8: Select “Players” button
Step 9: Click “Add”
Step 10: Click the Filter button- Search for an individual- Filter by DOB- Note: Depending on panel
gender will be automatically filtered
Step 11: Click ”Apply Filter”
Step 12: Add relevant players- Click person+ icon- Once all relevant players are added,move to Step 13
Step 13: Click ”Officials”- Only do this once you have added all relevant players
Step 14: Click “Add”
Step 15: Click “Filter Icon” - Filter officials by Membership type
- Coach, Team Manager or Administrator- Officials list is not gender specific- Officials will have access to schedule and panels
Step 17: Add relevant officials- Click person+ icon- Once all relevant officials are added,move to Step 18
Step 16: Click “Apply Filter”
Step 18: Click “Back”- Both players and officials will be saved
As you can see your players and officialsnow show up in your panel.

Move to Step 19 to set up training sessions
Scheduling A Training Session
Step 19: Click on the Clipboard Icon
Step 20: Click “Add”
Step 16: Select “Venue”
Step 17: Select Start and End Time
Step 18: Fill in Description box- ie. Men’s Training 1
Step 19: Click “Save”
Training session is now scheduled,now go back in to create participation groups.Continue to Step 20
Creating Training Groups
Step 21: Click “Attendance” tab
Step 20: Click Edit Icon
Step 24: Click Checkmark- Saves group name
Step 25: Click “+Group”- Repeat steps 21 – 23 - Create as many groups as needed- Create a Coaches/Managers Group as well- Check Return to Play documentsfor group sizes allowed
Step 22: Click on the List Icon
Step 23: Rename group name- Available option after clicking on the list icon
Step 26: Click “+Attendee”
Step 27: Select “Member Source”- Choose the Panel you previously created - Ie. Senior Men’s 1XV
Step 28: Filter by name, DOB etc.- Click “Apply Filter” to activate filter(s)
Step 29: Assign individuals to Groups- Use the drop-down menu
Step 30: Click the Select Box- Click boxes of all players you want to add to groups
Step 30: Click “Add”
Step 31: Mark Player Attendance- Practice attendance can be marked by switching thetoggle from the grey x to the green checkmark- This is done on an individual basis, every practice
Step 32: Click “Save”- You will be returned to the page below
Duplicating Training Sessions
Step 34: Click Copy Icon
To Copy/Duplicate Training Sessions move on to Step 33.
Step 33: Click the Clipboard Icon
Step 34: Click Edit Icon on new session
Step 35: Update Training Session Details- Description- Date- Location (If necessary)- Start & End Times (If necessary)
Step 36: Click “Save”- Your groups will remain the same
Checking Player Attestation
Step 37: Click Edit Icon
Step 38: Click “Attendance” tab
Step 39: Click Calendar Icon- If the player is eligible to attend the traininga text box will appear saying that
If a player is ineligible to attend, an alert will be visible
Pulling Attendance/Attestation Report
Step 40: Click on the Print Icon- This will automatically download a PDF
Before practice, you can print off theattendance record which shows whois planning to attend, and who hascompleted the attestation
Step 42: Print the PDF/Have it open digitally- If any players show up that didn’t alreadyindicate they were coming, you can check
them off. (Pending attestation)- If any players show up that haven’t completed attestation, you can make surethey do it prior to training

Functions of Panel Officials
Important to Note:• Panel Officials can be any person registered with the club regardless of registration category• Panel Officials are only given access to the Team Sheet Panels they are officials on, not all club panels• This access is done through their personal Sportlomo account• Panel Officials can do the following (All the functions that are explained in the above slides)
• Schedule/edit training sessions• Create/edit training groups• Duplicate training sessions• Check player attestations• Pulling Attendance/Attestation Record
Step 1: Log In to your Sportlomo account

Step 2: Choose the correct club association
Step 3: Click “Continue”
*Steps 2 & 3 will not be required for everyone
Step 4: Hover over List Icon- Top left corner of screen- Click on ”Menu” when slide bar opens
Step 5: Click “Team Sheet Panels”- This will show a list of all panels that person is an official onand have access to
Panel Officials can now go in and do any of the functions explained in this document, except for adding a new panel.
