Pryme Group operate a comprehensive range

of 130+ modern CNC machinery to support

most manufacturing activities including mill turn,

horizontal milling and 4th and 5th axis capability.

Machining and Milling

We work with many different materials,

offering a range of coatings including zinc and

manganese phosphate, acrylic, baked moly and

xylan coating in-house, as well as blasting and

painting in-house.

Painting & Coating

As well as in-house design services, our technical

staff can advise on the most suitable and cost

effective options - handling your project from

conception through to delivery.

Design & Project Management

Our experienced, highly trained team of

fabricators have a comprehensive suite of

WPQRs / WPSs to ASME IX, NORSOK M-601, AWS

D1.1, ISO 15614-1, ISO 15614-2, PED5500 and ISO

15614-7.

Fabrication & Welding

Pryme Group’s excellent service and expertise

don’t end at our facilities. Our staff are able to

provide mechanical, hydraulic, welding, testing

and assembly services wherever needed.

Site Services

We offer a broad range of testing services,

including PR2 API 6A testing, API 6D,17D, 17H

& ISO 14310, hydrostatic testing, cryogenic &

temperature testing and submerged gas testing.

Comprehensive Testing

Pryme Group also offers a wide range high

pressure testing equipment (liquid pumps, gas

boosters, valve & hose testers) and marine

products (deck equipment, ROV & diver tools,

etc...).
