• THE EMPLOYER IS VESTED WITH THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MANAGING THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM INCLUDING:

HIRING, PROMOTING, TRANSFERRING, SUSPENDING, DISCIPLINING, DISMISSING OR LAYING OFF TEACHERS, ETC.
