warehouse operations, including the following:

Query tasks Plan tasks Release tasks to the warehouse Assign, reassign, and prioritize tasks Perform manual scheduling Cancel cross-dock tasks Automate task updates using saved

actions

Pending status means these tasks are available to any

authorized user.

By using the Manage feature, we can specifically

assign work to a particular

user

Select the two (2) replenishment tasks to Manage



Queue the two (2) replenishment tasks to Mr. Ivan Hilovsky at a

Priority of 20 and overriding any

Equipment restrictions.

Save Action: Save this action for later to automate using concurrent

program Control Board - Manage Tasks

Execute Now: Execute the update in real-time



These replenishments are now queued to Ivan Hilovsky



Task Statuses include:

Unreleased: material for task is allocated, but task is not yet available to users

Pending: task is available for any authorized user to perform

Queued: task has been manually assigned to a user

Dispatched: task is part of a group of tasks but has not yet been presented to user

Active: user is working on this task

Loaded: material is loaded but not yet dropped

Completed: task is done



Completed tasks can also be queried to see who, when,

what, and how long it took a

task to be done



View Additional Data/Columns

Timestamps at multiple points are recorded

Dispatched when the task is assigned to a user

Loaded when a user completed the Pick Load

Drop Off when the user completed the Pick Drop
