• Basic Property Care– Rs. 20,000 per property per annum– Actual expenses incurred on various services & maintenance including

legal / valuation will be on payable on actual

• Identifying tenant– 1 Month rental as the tenant identification charges

• Identifying Buyer – 1% of property value

• Identifying new property for purchase– 1% of property value

• Other service– As mutually discussed & agreed upon
