The Solution is a comprehensive asset management system that tracks Laptops and the personnel

carrying the laptop. The Laptop is tagged with a RFID Long Range Reader and the Personnel ID is

recorded in the system using HID Readers. The ID of the personnel and the Laptop are mapped and if

prior permission is granted by the system then access is allowed and the event is recorded.

It helps in retrieving real time inventory update of the laptop whenever it moves in and out of an office.

Also with a RFID Based Handheld Reader the in stock inventory count can be maintained at any given

point in time.

It generates real-time alerts whenever there are exceptions in Business Workflow and generates
