National Conference - Townsville 2018 The Australian Institute of Mine Surveyors National Conference for 2018 will be held at TheVille Resort & Casino in Townsville on Wednesday 12 September - Friday 14 September

Events The Australian Institute of Mine Surveyors (AIMS), hold three levels of ContinuingProfessional Development events each year:

National Conference Regional Seminars / Interactive Days Local Seminars / Workshops

Sponsorship packages are aligned with the National Conference and Major RegionalSeminars. Sponsors are also welcome to attend local seminars (registration fees may applyto non-members), however there are no specific sponsorship opportunities available atthese events. AIMS are happy to promote any of the sponsors’ own workshops or events aspart of the sponsorship package.

Last years National Conference saw over 150 mine surveyors from around the countryattend the National Event.

Sponsorship Availability Platinum sponsors from the previous year will be given first right of refusal overthe Platinum sponsorship package for the forthcoming year. Wherever possible,all potential sponsors in our contact database will be notified about thesponsorship opportunities at the same time. Sponsorship packages with a limitednumber of places available will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

The AIMS general website is located at www.minesurveyors.com.au Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors receive a hyperlinked logo in a horizontalscrolling banner displayed on all pages of the website, linking to the Sponsor’scompany website. All Sponsors will be listed on a single Sponsor page on the AIMS websiteincluding either a hyperlinked logo (for Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors) or atext hyperlink (Bronze Sponsors). All Sponsors are invited to submit regular advertorials, news items, event noticesor company/product updates for inclusion in the news and/or events sections ofthe AIMS website. AIMS reserves the right to approve, publish or edit anysubmissions based on frequency, relevance and likelihood of interest to AIMSmembers.All Sponsors can nominate a single e-mail address to gain unrestricted loginaccess to the AIMS website via a username and password and a subscription toe-News, the regular e-newsletter issued to AIMS members.Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors receive logo placement in e-News (generallyissued every two months to all AIMS members) linking to the Sponsor’s companywebsite.

Sponsorship Terms Sponsorship payments are broken into two. Full payment must be received no laterthan 1 months before the conference. AIMS reserves the right to vary the inclusionsin each sponsorship package if necessary due to issues outside of our controlarise. Sponsors will be fully consulted should this be necessary.
