SUMMARY

This information shows that more employees than not take part in employee wellness programs. The ones that are not offered one would take part if they were. The best incentive would be for a company to either reimburse part or all of a gym membership for its employee. Prizes was also high on the list of important incentives. Happiness seemed to stay about the same whether someone was taking part in a wellness program or not. Further research is probably needed to look more into the happiness factor.
