PRAYER OF THE FAITHFUL

For the times we fear

Sharing our pro-life convictions:

May the Lord strengthen our faith

And grant us courage to follow him;

We pray to the Lord.

God’s love does not differentiate between the newly conceived infant still in his or her mother’s womb and the child or young person, or the adult and the elderly person. God does not distinguish between them be-cause he sees an impression of his own image and like-ness in each one. Life is the first good received from God and is fundamental to all others; to guarantee the right to life for all and in an equal manner for all is the duty upon which the future of humanity depends. The effectiveness of our commitment to peace depends on our understanding of human life. If we want peace, let us defend life!

Pope Benedict XVI

No matter how many steps taken away from

God, it only takes one step to get back - do not

turn down God’s grace and mercy Unknown
