General Body Meeting Notice

� The 2013 Annual General Body meeting of St. Paul’s Mar Thoma Church will be held on Today, 02/23/2014 at the Church following the Holy Communion service to transact the following agenda:

1. To receive, consider and adopt the Annual Report for 2013.

2. To approve extra budgetary and non-budgeted expenses for 2013.

3. To receive, consider and adopt the Annual Accounts for 2013.

4. Presentation and Adoption of the budget proposals for the year 2014.

5. Status update on Old church building tax.

6. Any Other Business with the permission of chair.

Worship Service

� Thanks to Shalom prayer fellowship for assisting in today’s worship service.

� Today’s refreshments are provided by Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Easo& Mini Easo. Thank you.

� As announced earlier, next Sunday, 03/02 is the Pulpit Exchange and Rev. John Kuruvilla of Florida St. Mark’s Mar Thoma Church will be conducting Qurbana in Malanayalm here at our church starting at 10:15 am. Our Achen will be leading Qurbana in Tampa, Florida.

� As part of the pulpit exchange, diocesan Sunday collection will also be made. The amount decided for our church is $2,200.

� Ebenezer prayer fellowship on Today, 02/23 at 6:30 pm at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Abraham N.V. & Laly.

Special Prayer Meetings

� Intercessory prayer on Monday, 02/24 at 7:00 pm at the residence of Dr. & Mrs. Thomas Mathew (Shiju) & Asha.

� Fasting prayer on Friday, 02/28 at 10:00 am at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Abraham Mepurath & Gracy.

Sunday School

� Parents & Teachers, the doors of the Church are open by 8:15 am every Sunday. Sunday School starts at 8:30 am every Sunday, beginning with Teachers’ devotion followed by Praise & Worship at 8:45 am and then classes till 10:05 am.

� Sunday School Praise & Worship practice will be held on Saturday, 03/01 from 2:00 – 3:00 pm. Children who are interested to lead in the morning praise and worship, please attend the practice.

Youth Fellowship� On this coming Friday, 02/21, St. Paul’s Youth Fellowship will

be hosting the Dallas Area Youth (DAY) again. All youths are strongly requested to attend.

� Please register for our annual SPY retreat after the service. A registration table will be set up in the fellowship hall after the service.

Youth Fellowship

� Thanks to all the ladies who attended the Southwest Region

Conference held at Trinity Marthoma Church, Houston this

weekend. We had a great turnout this year.

� Congratulation to Mrs. Leelamma James who was elected as the

Vice President and Mrs. Jolly Babu as the Trustee for the

Southwest Region Sevika Sangham for 2014 – 2017.

� Today is the last day to register for World Day of Prayer. The

featured Country is Egypt. Registration fee is $10. Women

should wear Kerala saree with maroon or red blouse to represent

the colors of the Egyptian Flag.

We ask that mothers encourage their adult daughters to attend this

event. A special gift will be given to all ladies ages 18-30yrs old who

attend. Sign up today!
