INFORMATION CONCERNING EXAMS IN THE SUMMER OF 2020

Relevant link for questions concerning the exam at the Study Pages at KUnet.dk (Under ”Exam”). Deadline for applications for special exam conditions exemption If you wish to apply for special exam conditions for your summer 2020 exams, you must submit an application for exemption to the Board of Studies by no later 1 April 2020. Special exam conditions might e.g. be: extended time for the exam, overlap between exams outside the department etc. You can find the application form at KUnet >> Planning your studies >> Rules and exemptions >> How do I apply (Danish: KUnet >> Planlæg dit studie >> Dispensation fra regler >> Hvor-dan søger jeg)

Timetables The final timetables for oral exams will be announced via the digital exam system on the date stated in the exam Schedule. It is not possible to request special dates for oral exams or for stu-dents to switch exam times. If you will be taking exams at other departments in June 2020, you must notify this to the study administration as soon as possible, to avoid exam conflict with your oral exams under Polit-ical Science. Remember to include documentation. The deadline for enquiries of this nature concerning the summer exams is 1 April 2020.

Announcement of grades The grades for written exams will be published via Student Self Service on KUnet on the date stated in the exam plan via Student Self Service on KUnet.dk If, contrary to expectations, the grades are not available by the date published in the overall exam plan, you can contact the Study Administration, for an explanation. You can find the mem-ber of the administrative staff responsible for the exam in the Digital Ex-am System.

Deregistration for exams You are automatically signed up for your first attempt. If you wish to change your exam registra-tions for the ordinary Summer exam 2020, this can be done in the exam registration period, 4-11 March 2020.

Registration for re-examination If you fail an exam or have to take a makeup or reexam for other reasons, you must actively register for the reexam. No students are automatically registered for the reexam. Bachelorproject Seminar (Bachelorseminar –2017 BA-studieordning) The bachelor seminar is passed by active participation. Active participation consists of a presentation of 10-15 pages and feedback to other students presentations. Both elements must be passed to pass the course. It is a prerequisite to pass the bachelorproject seminar in order to hand in the bachelor pro-ject. The assessments should be registered by no later than 19 April 2020 at 23:59. If a student do not pass the bachelorproject seminar by active participation, the student can attend the re-examination to pass the bachelorproject seminar. Make-up and resit exam4

Portfolio exam (MSc in Political Science, Security Risk Management and Social Science (Samfundsfag)) The portfolio exam is passed by submitting two compulsory assignments In Absalon during the course. The lecture of the course decides the submission and resubmission dates for the as-signments. Academic internship

Master's & two-subject master's programme (MSc in Political Science, Security Risk Management and Social Science (Samfundsfag)) Compulsory submissions: Political Science and Social Science (Samfundsfag): In order to participate in the exam the student must in two instances submit considerations regarding the project report, and also in two instances give feedback on a fellow student's considerations. The exam is passed with a project report whereby the students submit their own reports, and as an appendix also submit the feedback papers prepared for a fellow student.
