Non-profit organizations
Out-of-state agencies and organizations, and for-profit companies are not eligible to apply for these competitive grants.
Eligible project types include, but are not limited to:

Water right acquisitions.
Water storage.
Altered water management or infrastructure.
Watershed function, riparian and fish habitat improvements.
Environmental monitoring.
Feasibility studies.
Other projects consistent with intent of the law.
