VIII. EducationEvery area and every aspect of the
parish and parish life need to be imbued with stewardship.
Including:
1. Religious education.
2. Adult education.
3. School.
4. RCIA.
5. Liturgies.
6. Youth ministry.
7. Spiritual renewal.
Parish staff and leadership need to be given a variety
of educational opportunities, some of
which include continued formation in stewardship—
e.g., this conference.
IX. Reaching Out to Those in Need
If you expect, or ask, your people to contribute proportionately, then the parish needs to make a similar commitment. In other words commit a set percentage of the offertory to be given to the poor and those in need!
Strive to impact four areas where need exists:
1. Locally.2. Within the (arch)diocese.3. Nationally and/or regionally.4. Internationally.
