CRDC Reports• Data entry for CRDC is not required!• The CRDC reports disappeared in one

Change in Logic for Add-on Weighting Reports
• “Effective Date” changed to “Last Updated” • Now looking at enrollment dates
(and reenrollment table data if necessary) to determine if a student should be included in reports.
SC Standardized Test Performance Level History Page
• Added in October 24th release.• Not all students currently enrolled in
your district will have performance level data in this file.• This is the mechanism to enter these
data.
High Achieving, Dual Credit, and IB

High Achieving Data Entry – How to fix problems
Go to High Achieving History tab. Delete both records. Re-add record with all codes at once on High Achieving tab.
High Achieving Data Entry and Reports• Enter the student’s district start date for
the current school year as the start date.• Do not enter an exit date on the High
Achieving page -- students will not display on your High Achieving report.
• Only reports for this data – no extract is created for High Achieving
