WhatisaCDMU?

AttheClusterlevel,aClusterDevelopmentandManagementUnit(CDMU)willbesetupforeachRurbanclustercomprisingat leasttwoprofessionals, i.Spatialplanningprofessional ii.RuralDevelopmentandManagement professional. This unit will closely monitor the spatial planning aspects and the ICAPpreparationfortheclusterandwillalsocloselymonitortheprogressoftheactivities intheclusterandprovideregularupdatestotheDPMU/SPMU.

WhyisaCDMUneeded?

TheCDMUisrequiredtoprovideclusterfocusedsupporttoensuresmoothimplementationofallclusterrelatedactivities.

HowwilltheCDMUbesetup?

CDMUteammaybeappointedthroughopenrecruitmentprocessbytheSNAoncontractualbasisforaperiodof3years.

WhenandWherewilltheCDMUbesetup?

CDMUwillbesetupimmediatelyafteridentificationandapprovalofclustersandwouldbehousedatthecluster level. The tenure of CDMU teammembers shall be for a period of 3 years coincidingwith theMissionperiod.
