Sheraton Beach Resort, ChennaiThe Sheraton Beach Hotel became ful-ly functional a year ago. The property is spread across 10 acres, of which 6 acres are kept untouched considering the Coast-al Regulation Zone protection policies. The decision to go ahead and design the resort in the remaining 4 acres of land, precise-ly 2.4 acres being the built area, came as a challenging opportunity for our design-ers. However, the actual task was to come up with designs for 124 rooms in the given area without compromising on the per-spectives and incomparable amenities.

Sustainable solutions are not “selling points”, but a necessity for every project.
