There’s a range of meeting rooms and conference venues accommodating from two to 200 delegates, with a variety of architectural styles from the classic to the contemporary to suit your individual taste.

Red Rooms are all located at established business destinations within the Bruntwood portfolio of office buildings. Close to major transport links and equipped with the latest technology, they are available to hire from one hour through to a full day.

What’s included• Refreshments – coffee, tea, herbal tea, filtered water & biscuits.

• Stationery – paper and pens, name badges, flip chart and pens.

• Full AV equipment & set up assistance – immediate professional help on hand to set up/load your presentation, run you through the equipment and assist you should you require this (includes LCD projector, screen and flipchart).

• Conferencing team – to set up your room prior to your meeting, meet and greet your guests and ensure that all your needs are taken care of.

• Wi-Fi – Free wireless internet is provided in all meeting rooms, please ask reception for access.
