The recreational value of this property is simply tremendous. Numerous deer stands and shooting

houses provide excellent opportunities for trophy whitetail hunting. Wildlife feeders throughout the

parcel insure a constant food source that contributes to healthy deer and turkey population. Fields

throughout the property have been converted to Longleaf Pine stands. Presently, this area provides

excellent cover for wildlife. These areas will evolve into wonderful quail habitat while generating a

revenue stream. Additionally, the owners currently lease an adjoining parcel which serves as a

fantastic dove field. The variety of the wildlife and terrain on this property is truly unique.

The Red Hills region of north Florida and southwest Georgia is a distinct American landscape. These

private, scenic lands from Tallahassee, Florida to Thomasville, Georgia and from the Aucilla River to the

Ochlockonee River, form an ecologically rich area protecting some of the last remnants of great Longleaf

Pine forests in our country.

This unique area, comprised of approximately 300,000 acres, is home to the largest concentration of

traditional quail hunting plantations in the United States.
